Building a home can be a lot of hassles, one that most people do not want to go through. Working with Signature Custom Homes made it one of the best projects I have ever done.  I now have a custom home that no one else has and it has features that most homes do not have.  What most builders call extras you include.  This attest to the detail and knowledge you bring to home building.  The items in my home that people comment about the most are actually ideas that you brought to me and that I now take credit.  I would and have recommend any one who wanted a quality and unique home to build with Signature Custom Home Builder's.

We wanted to write this letter to express our gratitude for making our new home building process such a pleasure. We went into building our new home with a lot of skepticism as a result of previous experiences with other builders. From the beginning, you and your team at Signature Custom Home Builders did everything you could to make our experience a positive one.

Signature's professionalism and service seemed foreign to us compared to our previous experiences. We cannot be more pleased with the decision to build our home with Signature. The quality and craftsmanship are very evident from very moment you walk through the door. Two things set Signature apart from other builders, attention to detail and attention to the customer.

Thank you again for the positive experience and the beautiful home. We took forward to raising our children in this home and if the opportunity comes to move on to another, we know who to call to do the job.

Wendy and I wanted to quickly write and tell you how much we enjoy our home. We have been in for a little over 2-years now and although we enjoyed working with you and your team throughout the build decided that we would take a wait and see approach before writing such a letter. This wait and see has proven that you stand by your product and that our home represents exceptional value given the quality and the fairness for which you build and price your product.

Since we moved into a new neighborhood we have heard several "builder" horror stories that occurred during and those primarily occurring after the job. We have felt relief that our stories are generally the exact opposite. One of a partnership throughout the build and of a builder that believes that the job doesn't end the day his customers move in.
